ACT for Performance will evaluate a Canadian program in Mali for Global Affairs Canada.

August 2019, ACT was mandated by the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) to conduct the sectoral assessment of food security and rural development interventions in Mali’s bilateral program (2014-2018). Between 2014 and 2018, Canada invested nearly $ 100 million through seven development projects in Mali, being one of the country’s leading bilateral donors.

In the planning phase of a new program, DFATD commissioned ACT for Performance to evaluate the results, direct and induced, of the Canadian cooperation program initiatives in Mali in the Food Security and Rural Development sector for the 2014-2018 period.
