ACT for Performance completes baseline survey of the Civil Service Reform and Rejuvenation Project in the Democratic Republic of Congo

ACT for Performance is currently implementing an extensive baseline survey for the Civil Service Reform and Rejuvenation project in the Democratic Republic of Congo which is financed by the International Development Association (IDA) of the World Bank . To establish a performance baseline, about 6,000 national and provincial civil servants throughout the country, as well as 2,500 households are being interviewed. Our team collaborates closely with a team of statisticians and impact assessment experts from the World Bank.
